Welcome to our web design services. By hiring us or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before initiating any project with us.
Agreement: All web design projects are subject to a mutually agreed-upon project scope, timeline, and cost estimate.
Changes & Additions: Any requests outside the original scope of work (additional pages, features, or design revisions) will be treated as extra work and may incur additional charges and timeline extensions.
To ensure timely delivery, the client agrees to:
Provide all necessary content (text, images, branding guidelines, logos) in a timely manner.
Review drafts, provide feedback, and sign off on milestones promptly.
Ensure they hold the legal rights and permissions to use all content, graphics, and trademarks provided to us for the website.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total project cost) is required before work begins.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion, immediately before the website is launched or transferred to the client's live server.
Delayed Payments: We reserve the right to pause work or withhold website deployment if scheduled payments are overdue.
Client Ownership: Once full and final payment has been received, the client owns the final custom design and the website files created for their business.
Developer Rights: We reserve the right to display the completed website in our portfolio and showcase it as part of our professional marketing materials.
Revisions: Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your custom agreement.
Launch & Bug Fixes: We rigorously test all designs across standard mobile and desktop environments prior to launch. Minor bug fixes requested within 30 days of the official launch are included.
We are not liable for any downtime, security breaches, or data loss caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, or unauthorized client modifications after the project handover.
We are not responsible for website performance issues resulting from outdated third-party plugins, software updates, or client-side alterations.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
